Josh has been working for Little Arms Studios in varying capacities for the last nine months in varying capacities. He shows great promise and ambition for working in software development. Starting his journey at Little Arms in sales and business development, Josh quickly adapted and learned that half of the business going above and beyond expectations in attending trade shows and discussions with prospective and current customers. 

Where I had the pleasure of working closely with Josh was on the development side of Little Arms. Being the sole project manager, it was a great relief to have someone come in with fresh ideas and a positive attitude. Josh has a knack for organization and a desire for constant improvement. Working with Josh, we have implemented new ways to track progress and organize ideas and features that ultimately bring cohesion and clarity to our projects. Josh shows immense promise and capacity for software development, and I look forward to continuing to work with him and seeing his career unfold.

I am pleased to recommend Joshua Sime, who worked with us as both an intern assistant producer and sales account representative at Little Arms Studios Inc. During his time here, Josh demonstrated professionalism, adaptability and a strong work ethic amongst his peers and client-facing roles.

As the head of the sales side of the business, I was responsible for hiring, training and managing Josh as the account representative of Little Arms Studios Inc. He was very quick to learn the ins and outs of the sales process and to be able to carry out his tasks in a timely manner, while also being professional with every prospective and existing client. His background in software development helped him greatly understand the capabilities of the software he was selling while also noticing the certain bugs or negative challenges of the software. He was also extremely receptive to client feedback with regards to the simulator which he then would make known to the development team.  He was the perfect candidate to also merge the company’s development, marketing and sales teams to better the overall product by bridging an internal communication gap that the company struggled with for years.

Since I handled the sales side of the business, I did not have the chance to experience much of Josh’s project management skills but based on my experience with him in the sales role, I'm confident he has had no trouble exceeding development expectations.

I am confident that Josh will bring the same dedication, versatility and goal-oriented mindset to any future role he may transition too. He would be an excellent addition to any team looking for someone with technical expertise and strong client management skills.

His creativity, attention to detail, and collaborative spirit have been especially evident in his work on our SAR modules for Zephyr. Josh not only elevated the quality and realism of our environments but also helped streamline production to keep projects moving forward. His contributions have added true value to our training platform and made him an invaluable member of our team.
